This is a pic of the teaching staff at Tilton road. I don't know the year but colin has been able to identify some of them, maybe someone can fill in the blanks

Back row; 1, Dont Know. 2, We used to call her the nurse, I think her name was Mrs Hill. 3, Miss Gadd. 4, Dinner Lady ?? 5, Miss Sharp. 6, ?? 7, Mrs Hawkes. 8 Mis White. 9, School nurse ?? did all the vaccinations I think, you remember - Polio, Diptheria etc. 10, Miss Griffiths.

Little Green Lane School where I passed my 11 plus in 1957

The headmaster at the time was Mr. Baines.  Looking back he was a really nice bloke but at the time we were all scared stiff of him!
